    The MCD 5000 Deskset is the approximate size and shape of an office telephone set, with a telephone like handset that includes a PTT (Push to Talk) Button. The handset microphone and speaker become active when the handset is lifted from the housing base.

    MCD 5000 Deskset Power supply from the power source outlet. • Do not operate the MCD 5000 Deskset with damaged cables or plugs - replace them immediately. • The MCD 5000 Deskset may become warm during operation, but not hot. If it becomes too hot to touch, unplug the power cable of the MCD 5000 Deskset Power Supply from the AC power outlet immediately and discontinue its use.
