    ■ The main screen The main screen appears when your phone is in idle mode. Signal strength (1)—A higher bar indicates a stronger network signal.     2. Set up your phone ■ The antenna Your phone has an internal antenna located towards the top of the phone. Hold the phone as you would any other telephone with the antenna area pointed up and over your shoulder.     3. Text entry You can use two methods for entering text and numbers: • Standard mode is the only way to enter text into the contacts list, and to rename caller groups. • Predictive text is a quick and easy method for writing messages and creating a calendar note.

    Automate voicemail To automatically access your voicemail messages, you can insert special characters called dialing codes into phone numbers and save the number to a speed dial location. Dialing codes instruct the receiving system to pause, wait, bypass, or accept the numbers that follow them in the dialing string.

These types of wireless phones can expose the user to measurable radiofrequency energy (RF) because of the short distance between the phone and the user’s head.
