What is the BJ Printer Monitor? (cont.)
USB connected Printer
Displays the status of a
printer connected via the
USB in Windows 98 or
Windows Me. Displays the
printer name, port
connection, and name of
the cartridge installed.
Opening the BJ Printer Monitor
1 Open the BJ Printer folder on the desktop.
2 Double-click the BJ Printer Monitor icon.
• The BJ Printer Monitor opens.
• To close the BJ Printer Monitor window, from the
Printer Info menu select Close.
• To exit the BJ Printer Monitor completely, right-click
the BJ Printer Monitor icon in the taskbar and select
"Exit BJ Printer Monitor" from the pop-up menu.

• If you open the options menu and select
Memo
Start when Windows is started, the BJ
Printer Monitor will open every time you start
Windows. To open the BJ Printer Monitor,
double-click the icon
in the taskbar.
