Installing the USB Type-C card Follow the procedure in Before working inside your computer. To remove the cover: Pull the release latch to release the cover [1]. b Rotate the cover and lift the cover to remove it from the computer [2,3] To open the PSU hinge: Push the PSU release latches [1,2].

To install the USB Type-C card: To remove the metal bracket as shown below, insert a flathead screwdriver in the hole of the bracket [1], push the bracket to release the bracket [2], and then lift the bracket out from the system. b Insert the USB Type-C card into its slot from the inside of your computer [1] and fasten the two M3X3 screws to secure the USB Type-C card to the system [2].

To close the PSU hinge: Rotate the PSU hinge [1] b Slide the PSU release latches to secure the PSU hinge to the system [2,3]. To install the cover: Align the hooks on the cover with the tabs on the chassis of the computer. b Rotate the cover until it clicks into place.
