However, you can disable the hotkey mode in the BIOS setup utility. To disable the hotkey mode: 1 Shut down the computer. 2 Press the Novo button and then select BIOS Setup.

If you forget your user password, ask the system administrator to clear your user password. • If you forget your hard disk drive password, a Lenovo authorized servicer cannot reset your password or recover data from the hard disk.
