    When you register your computer, information is entered into a database, which enables Lenovo to contact you in case of a recall or other severe problem. You can toggle the ThinkPad F1-F12 key functionality to use the keys in default mode or in legacy mode. In default mode, you can initiate the special functions illustrated on each key by pressing the corresponding key directly.

    Replacing the battery Before you start, print these instructions. This system supports only batteries specially designed for this specific system and manufactured by Lenovo or an authorized builder. The system does not support unauthorized batteries or batteries designed for other systems.
