Replacing the Base Cover

Procedure
1
Place the base cover on the palm-rest assembly and snap the base cover into place.

Tighten the captive screws that secure the base cover to the palm-rest assembly.
3
Replace the screws that secure the base cover to the palm-rest assembly.
4
Turn the system badge over and snap it into place.
