Ensure that the IMM IP settings match those on the deployment worksheet. Isolating problems from XClarity Use Lenovo XClarity Administrator to resolve issues that occur with the switches and the servers in your ThinkAgile SXM product. The Lenovo XClarity Administrator Dashboard displays the current status of all endpoints that are managed by the Lenovo XClarity Administrator.
Use the following procedures and tips to resolve ThinkAgile SXM network issues that might arise. Deployment issues The following issues could arise during solution deployment. These would typically be resolved by Lenovo Professional Services and ThinkAgile Advantage Support. • Issue: During deployment, the PXE Boot times out.

• Issue: The deployment VM or server devices are unreachable from the RackSwitch G8272 switches. An explicit route to the switch from the System x3550 M5 HLH or the deployment VM might need to be added. • Issue: The deployment process stops with an unrelated network error.
