Printing Ofce Documents (Mac OS X)
This topic describes how to print ofce documents based on the following example.
•
Document: Ofce document created using word-processing or spreadsheet programs
•
Page size: A4 (210.0×297.0 mm)/Letter (8.3 × 11.7 in)
•
Paper: Sheets
•
Paper type: Plain Paper
•
Paper size: A4 (210.0×297.0 mm)/Letter (8.3 × 11.7 in)

Choose Page Setup in the application menu to display the Page Attribute dialog box.

Select the printer in the

Paper Size list, click the size of the original. In this case, click ISO A4.

OK to close the dialog box.

Choose Print in the application menu.

Access the Main pane.
