    The Lenovo Solution Center program is available for download at http://www.lenovo.com/diags. After you install the Lenovo Solution Center program, go to Control Panel and click System and Security ➙ Lenovo - System Health and Diagnostics to launch the program.

Disconnect the ac power adapter and the Enhanced Keyboard Dock for ThinkPad Helix (hereafter referred to as the keyboard dock) from the tablet. 2. Press the power button to turn on the tablet. If the tablet can be turned on, it means that the tablet built-in battery is functional.

The only Lenovo and Lenovo authorized servicer solution to put the system back to operational status would be to replace the drive for a scheduled fee.

    Attention: You might want to take a note of your password and keep it in a safe place. If you forget your supervisor password, Lenovo cannot reset your password. You must take your tablet to a Lenovo reseller or a Lenovo marketing representative to have the system board replaced. Proof of purchase is required, and a fee will be charged for parts and service.
