To enable IP directed broadcasts, use the following command in interface configuration mode:

ip directed-broadcast
Verifying the IPv4 Configuration
To display the IPv4 configuration, perform one of the following tasks:
Command
show hardware forwarding ip verify
show ip adjacency
show ip arp
show ip interface
show ip arp statistics [vrf vrf-name]
Configuration Examples for IPv4
This example shows how to configure an IPv4 address:
configure terminal
interface ethernet 1/2
no switchport
ip address 192.2.1.1/16
