Unlike Personal Answering Machine emulation, Call Screening does not require you to forward your calls immediately to voice mail. Your telephone’s display automatically shows the Call Screening soft key options as soon as the recording begins. When enabled, Call Screening will broadcast your caller’s mes- sage as soon as your mailbox greeting completes.
When Automatic Call Screening is off, you hear a single beep and flashes fast while IntraMail records your caller’s message. Your telephone display automatically changes to show the Call Screening soft key options. Call Screening is only available while your telephone is idle.
