    Overview of the VTM and VTM Console The Virtual Technician Module (VTM) is an adapter with firmware, which is an add-on part of an Express5800/320Ma system. The firmware on the VTM enables authorized system administrators to manage and diagnose the system from the local system or, more typically, from a remote system.
