If data is printed diagonally, perform the following solutions.
Data Is Printed Diagonally on Small Size Paper
The position of the paper guides is not aligned with the paper.
Cause 1
Solution Align the paper guides with the paper.
If the paper guides are too loose or too tight, this may result in misfeeds.
Cause 2
Data is printed from the multi-purpose tray.
Solution Load paper in the paper drawer.
