Setting TCP/IP Protocol for the Printer
To set the TCP/IP protocol on the computer to be used, you can use one of
the software applications listed below. Use whichever method is easiest:

Important
NetSpot must be installed on the computer before you can use NetSpot to set the IP
address. The system administrator should install NetSpot on the computer to be
used. (
If you are using an operating system that is not compatible with NetSpot, you can
use another computer on the network, the FTP client, or the Web Browser to
perform the setting.
Setting TCP/IP Protocol with NetSpot

Start NetSpot as the system administrator.

Click the icon of the printer to set and click the Setup tab.
A window opens to display detailed information about the printer.
