VII. Dealer Sales/Service Authorization and Educational Training
To become authorized to sell, service and maintain the imageRUNNER ADVANCE
DX C5700 Series a dealership must have at least one (1) technician who has
successfully completed the imageRUNNER ADVANCE C5000/C5200/C5500 Series
training.
The optional imageRUNNER ADVANCE DX C5700 Series Online Hardware Update
training includes the imageRUNNER ADVANCE DX platform enhancements,
Unified Firmware Platform V3.10 service-related enhancements for DX series
devices, and the hardware modifications and enhancements required to
successfully service the imageRUNNER ADVANCE DX C5700 Series machine in
the field.
The learning path for the imageRUNNER ADVANCE DX C5700 Series Devices
have been designed to build the knowledge and skills of your support professionals
that will affect your customers in the most positive manner, both in the support of the
product and the solutions you offer.
